+

TWO WAY MESSAGING

Respond directly to incident notifications via email or SMS, just as you would normally, with the response automatically date and time stamped and added to the crisis log in chronological sequence. This saves significant time in trying to pull all of the different responses and communications together into one stream.

PERSONAL NOTIFICATIONS

Users in the platform have the ability to set the notification areas that they are interested in based on category type (for example intelligence, events or incidents), asset type and geographic proximity. This is a very effective way to ensure that they receive the most relevant and key information regardless of where, when or who recorded it.

CRIP (Common, Recognised, Information Picture)

Share structured briefings based on set procedures, and ensure all responders and stakeholders are working from the same situational understanding through the single crisis log view.

Controlled Groups

Comprehensive permissions and groups ensures that specific information can be shared and controlled across the command structure to support a coordinated, structured and appropriate response
