Experience first hand how our Organisational Learning and Lessons Management (OLLM) Platform is supporting UK Resilience Academy objectives and organisational learning. Our team of specialists will be available to discuss how the system can be tailored to your organisation’s specific requirements.
The OLLM platform has gained significant recognition across the emergency services sector for its comprehensive approach to converting field experiences into actionable improvements. The system directly supports the UK Resilience Academy’s “Lessons Management” best practice and aligns with both public and private sector guidance frameworks and processes.
What sets the OLLM platform apart is its seamless integration of standards compliance with operational learning, enabling organisations to move beyond traditional inspection models toward embedded excellence.
“Our OLLM platform offers a transformative approach for emergency services and civil resilience organisations to develop their capabilities,” said Douglas Eaglesham, Resilience Lead at ISARR. “The system creates a continuous improvement cycle by capturing, assessing, managing, tracking, and embedding organisational learning, transforming it into structured knowledge that enhances both individual and organisational performance.”
Key features of the OLLM platform include:
- Comprehensive capture and management of lessons learned from operational incidents
- Direct linking of frontline observations to specific guidance and control measures
- Precise performance assessment capabilities against established standards
- Balance between local adaptation needs and national consistency requirements
- Creation of a continuous feedback loop between guidance, implementation, and learning
Northampton Fire and Rescue Service Multi-Agency Talk
A highlight of the event will be a special multi-agency presentation by Northampton Fire and Rescue Service on September 17th from 15:15-16:30 on the Emergency Tech Leaders’ Stage. The session will showcase how they have successfully implemented ISARR’s system to transform their operational learning and decision-making processes and how it was used operationally within a major multi-agency flooding event across the county, involving multiple blue light services and supporting agencies.
Neil Sadler, Area Manager for Operational Support at Northampton Fire and Rescue Service, noted: “The ISARR platform has transformed how we identify, evaluate, and implement change. It provides a foundation for sharing insights and learning both within the organisation and with our partners.”
