ISARR can support the design and build of new course content, or integrate existing courses or assessments into the management platform (with the ability to connect to existing learning records). Specific courses or assessments can even be set as a core requirement that employees or partners must complete before being able to access and use other modules within the ISARR platform. This creates a very streamlined and fully auditable process that can be easily configured to match the organisations existing compliance and operational standards
Blended Learning
Using a combination of online structured course content, audio and visual interaction, and face to camera pre recorded video, a blended learning approach delivers a highly flexible and engaging online learning environment. This can be reinforced with scheduled “real time” video conferencing with expert trainers to draw out key learning points and ensure quality management and a more effective training impact, whilst still remaining highly scalable and exceptionally cost effective
Reporting and Tracking
All course activity can be easily viewed and visualised in simple but useful charts, to support key management information and help understand overall and individual progress. Certificates can be custom designed and generated upon course completion saving significant time and resources in administration and course management.
