Transform Your Fire & Rescue Service with ISARR’s Organisational Learning & Lessons Management Platform

In today’s complex operational environment, moving from basic debriefing to structured lessons management is crucial for continuous improvement. Our platform provides a comprehensive solution that aligns with the UK Resilience Academy’s Best Practice Guidance while meeting specific FRS operational requirements.

“With an open mindset, we have changed the way we manage learning as a service as a result of the journey with ISARR.  This has provided greater oversight and understanding of the learning cycle and what the ISARR platform can provide” Northants Fire and Rescue Service

In our service we are starting to see a trend in communication and command, as a result we will now carry out additional training to our officers and feed this into our command training team.  We will then use the incident assurance function to check that this has been improved.  This will be the first test and a good case study to use at a later date.
